THE JACKALOPE
The Fairmont Disc Golf Club from Fairmont, Minnesota was looking for a new logo to promote the club and to raise money for the park by selling merchandise. The park is filled with wildlife, and feels like quite a majestic hike through the woods. To capture the mystical nature of the park, they wanted to choose a mythical creature to be the mascot for the brand. The creature they chose was a Jackalope. The goal was to create a vector Jackalope that could be used within a badge like design, and branded with "Fairmont Disc Golf Club." We ended up with a black and white design that could be used for a variety of merchandise.
